Who
is a Presbyterian Woman?
All women of the church are Presbyterian Women! Presbyterian Women
(PW) of Fort King Presbyterian Church is not an organization to
join, but a way for women who are members of the church to grow in
knowledge of the love of Jesus Christ, to fulfill their Christian
responsibilities, and to maintain Christian Community. Presbyterian
Women study the Bible, get to know one another, provide hospitality
and pastoral care, are involved in mission and stewardship, and
develop leaders for the whole church.
Our Moderator For Fort King Presbyterian Women is Margy Marshall;
Bernice Henry, Vice-Moderator, Anne Hill
Vice-Moderator/Planner, Judy Harriss, Secretary, and Louise
Olivarez, Treasurer.
How Can I be Involved? One way women
of the church get involved is through circles. Women, who choose to
do so, are invited to be a part of a small group called a circle.
These groups meet once a month, September through May, for Bible
study discussions, fellowship, and outreach to others in their
circle, the congregation, the community, and the world. The circles
are named after women of the Bible.

Women’s Retreat
was held on weekend of November 2-4, 2007! Get Ready for our
Fall,2008 Women's Retreat! it is fun and you get to know the other
women of the Church!
White Elephant Sale
The sale was held on Saturday, March 29th ,2008
Sale was a huge success! Thank you to all who helped and
contributed!
Presbyterian Women's Tea Was
held on Saturday, February 2, 2008 .Look for pictures of tea to be

CRAFT GROUP
The Craft
Group meets Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. in the Fellowship
Hall.Come join us!
We work on our own projects and some group projects for the White
Elephant Sale and the Craft Bazaar.
All are welcome!

The Presbyterian
Women’s circles of Fort King do not meet during the months of June,
July and August.We
will begin our new year of study in September.Please plan to join one of our circles when we begin again in
September.
Esther
Circle
meets on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting on
May 12, 2008, will be held at the home of
Jo Ann Parramore, and will include a salad dinner!
Miriam Circle
meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. They will
meet in the Fellowship Hall on April 13, 2008.
Dorcas Circle
meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 11:00 a.m.
They will meet in the Session Room on May 14, 2008.
